Frequently Asked Questions

The retained fee is similar to a deposit and it retains the date for your booking. You can choose to pay your order in full upon ordering if you so choose.

Orders will be designed by A-Cakes unless you give us specific instructions and concept ideas prior to the final payment being made.

Orders are to be pickup only unless a delivery/setup request is placed. Delivery is then subject to availability and incurs a fee depending on the location.

Final payment is due 3 days prior to the booking.  If final payment is not received by this date the order will be cancelled.

If you have a specific dietary requirement that is not in conjunction with an allergy then we are happy to fulfill your order. Please let us know in your enquiry and we can arrange something that is right for you. Prices will be different than the listed prices on the website.

 However, if you have a severe allergy, I will not be able to fulfill your order due to the ingredients that present in my kitchen and the ingredients in my baking recipes.
